Role includes completion of Grip 4 and 5-8 design , interface with Signals, Telecoms , Track and OLE partners within Alliance contract. Main project elements include resignalling, electrification , construction of new iconic bridge structures as well as extensive works to existing listed structures as well as major works to Oxford and Piccadilly Stations. Project includes Level 2 BIM delivery throughout.

Reading Area, United Kingdom

Contracts Manager for Rail South Area office , working on design and build rail projects ranging in value from £1-£35 million. Typical projects included Reading IP1, design and construction of widened track bed, new and widened bridges as part of the £750 million Reading area upgrade. Other London based projects included the five bridge reconstruction on the Gospel Oak line, as well as NEP packages 6-9 involving major works to bridge infrastructure to allow route electrification.Further responsibility includes staff development and role out of company safety protocol Beyond Zero.

Bid and Project Manager for Rail South engaged predominantly in work acquisition. Role included tender management, pre and post tender client liaison, developing design and construction solutions, tender technical and strategic writing , developing and implementing win strategies, developing temporary works schemes, construction logistics planning, producing tender enquiries as well as options report writing.Railway Infrastructure projects up to £50 million.

Construction Manager on NR southern framework partnership project value £150 million. Role included developing design and build solutions for rail bridge strengthening and replacement schemes including on site supervision of project delivery.Typical projects included Chiswick bridge D70 Bridge deck replacement for London Underground, Popes Grove new track support, Hammersmith Bridge strengthening, as well as Rockingham Street Bridge strengthening for Network Rail.
