Biomedical Scientist with expertise in cancer research and cell biology. Some of the bench / wet-lab techniques I have experience with include: gene cloning, RT-qPCR, cell transfection, cell transduction, generation of knock down/out cell models (CRISPR-Cas9, shRNA, siRNA), lentivirus production, western blots, Co-IP assays, proximity ligation assays, co-localization assays by fluorescence microscopy, etc.Additionally, I have great interest in data analysis, automation, data management and governance. I have been learning on my spare time, I used these skills for my thesis and currently for freelancing projects (Upwork). Most of my experience is using Python to automate microscopy image analysis. I have developed script and notebook tols for different purposes and platforms (run locally, ImageJ/Fiji, Google Colab, Github Codespaces, Streamlit apps).
