I was recruited to a new group tasked with uncovering, developing, and expanding relationships with public entities and corporations. In this role, I have contributed to the increase in sales production every year which has doubled during my tenure. The current year-to-date is nearly $1B in volume.

I successfully transitioned existing Institutional Fixed Income accounts and developed new relationships while adapting to a different sales culture with varied platforms and product strengths. I exceeded sales goals annually and worked with several long-standing community bank relationships. I also educated and developed existing Wells Fargo relationships with corporations and public entities resulting in multiple first-time investors in both direct securities and Institutional Money Market Funds. I was a member of Wells Fargo Corporation & Public Entities Advisory Council.

Throughout my lengthy tenure with Merrill Lynch, I drove sales through market analysis and investment strategy recommendations for institutional accounts with AUM of $100M to $5B. I managed a team of four Institutional Fixed Income sales professionals. I held a track record of consistently exceeding sales goals and was selected for sales club incentive awards. I contributed to $3B corporate bond portfolio of high-grade global credits with maturities ranging from two to ten years. I also developed and implemented a Synthetic CDO bond portfolio strategy, culminating in a $2.5B portfolio, generating $150M of annual pre-tax interest income. My earlier roles included First Vice President, Vice President, Sales Associate, and Sales Assistant.
