School Facilities recruitment Supervisor at Spencer Clarke Group, supplying all types of facilities staff into education settings. This includes School administrators, Business Managers, Cleaners, Cooks, IT Technicians, Caretakers and anything our clients would like me to recruit for!Prior to this, I have worked as a Lead Education recruitment where I worked closely with Primary schools in Cumbria for 18 months. With experience as both a Primary Teacher and Custom Team member I am able to provide high quality service to clients and candidates. I am a conscientious consultant ensuring safeguarding children is at the forefront of all of my decisions. My career in Education allows me to empathise with Teachers and Teaching Assistants and find them the perfect role. I have always had a passion to work within the Education sector and make a difference in any possible way I can. I have experience teaching both KS1 and KS2 classes up until June 2022 when I began working as a Primary consultant. I find my current career rewarding and I continue to form strong relationships with both clients and candidates. In my spare time I enjoy to go on walks with my family, go to the gym and socialise with friends!
