As a biologist and expierienced project manager I am coordinating a number of international projects on pandemic pareparedness, antiviral drug development and vaccine development. International consortia proved to me to represent a very usefull platform to develop vaccines and antivirals by bringing expertises and technologies from academics, companies and health institutes together with pharmaceutical companies. As an experienced networker I am used to communicate with stakeholders like regulatory authorities, WHO, European organizations, NOGs, pharmaceutical/biotech companies and funding organizations. During my career I have published 7 international patents, and 25 scientific peer reviewed publications. Activities as Advisor:• Member of the Advisory Board for NIH/NIAID on CIVID vaccine development (2019 onwards)• WHO technical working group advisor on developing guidelines for universal vaccines (2016)• Advisor for BMGF on the human challenge model for influenza (2018)
