It was a valuable experience into the role of a Sports Therapist at Grimsby Town FC. I worked with the injured 1st team players guiding them through their rehabilitation process, working alongside professionals. Playing a key role in rehabilitating Grade 2 rectus femoris rupture, ensuring a successful return to activity and conducted mobilisations for Grade 2 ATFL injury recovery, showcasing my growing confidence in executing these techniques. The team was really helpful with expanding my knowledge on different ways to assess and rehabilitate players.

Gaining over 100+ hours of experience in the club, providing targeted sports massage therapy. Collaborating closely with the sports therapy team to aid the successful recovery and rehabilitation of mid to late-stage in an Achilles rupture this experience was invaluable to my development as a sports therapist
