• Ordering and expediting product for customer launches of: New Everyday Single Cards Xmas Packaged Products
• Management of costing team - Providing cost of product reports for all single card briefs (approx 6,000 designs per annum) to enable Product Planning team to plan effectively within budgetary requirements.
• Auditing – Ensuring all factories proposed for production meet UKG and customer requirements working with both the supply base and our team in Shenzhen.
• Board forecasting & provenance– Projection of board required for annual production for buying team, and ensuring boards meet environmental and legal requirements.
• QC Forecast – Manage annual QC forecast to AG China to facilitate allocation of resources during peak season.
• Annual Trip to China – Working with vendors in peak season to ensure efficient and timely manufacture of UKG products.

• Ordering, expediting and shipment of Everyday orders (New and Reprint) placed with our Chinese supply base - approx 3,000-4,000 lines per annum.
• Raising PO’s, authorisation of shipments, checking packing lists, booking in stock orders upon receipt.
• Check and release of job bags following receipt from reprographics
• Monitoring factory progress and providing weekly summary updates to production directors on any issues
• Checking, approval or querying of all production samples received prior to shipment
• Liaising with UK vendor to arrange collation and shipment of existing die resources to China.

• Managing a busy team of over 20 staff - Art working and releasing all company files and job bags to facilitate timely and accurate manufacture in UK & China
• Responsibility for the quality checking of all product prior to release and subsequent pre-production and production samples received into the company
• Print passing at UK printers
• Sheet planning for ordered product
• Work with Creative and Production departments to plan release of product based on both demand and availability.
• Work with Creative and Production departments to find practical solutions for product development and proof testing, and subsequently generate all files for release.

• Daily creation of design concepts & visuals, design artworks, and customer presentation mock ups.
