Key achievements:• Managed SUSF’s concept development, design, delivery, occupation and ongoing managementof $40 million of new sports infrastructure between 2011 and 2017 including the SUSACExtension (2013), Tag Family Foundation Grandstand (2016), Linley Point Boathouse (2017) andthe Bruce Pryor Hockey Field (2017) while delivering multiple SUSF minor capital works projects.• Managed SUSF’s Operations division to achieve and exceed year-on-year record revenue targetswhile controlling costs to ensure SUSF’s surplus budget each year.• Developed, implemented and managed the successful ‘fully integrated’ SUSF Swim ProgramStrategy including the free Water Safe Program.• Developed, implemented and managed the University of New South Wales’s (UNSW) retailmaster plan and its retail, commercial, residential, leasehold and freehold portfolios.• Managed and developed UNSW’s master planning and space planning programmes.• Managed the planning, development and delivery of the UNSW’s $230 million North MallDevelopment Zone project (2 new buildings plus 3 building refurbishments) and $10 millionDavid Philips Sports Complex at Daceyville.• As a property, development and finance lawyer for 7 years in Sydney and in London, advised andnegotiated on behalf of the NSW government in the King Street Wharf project and acted forCanary Wharf PLC in the development of London’s new business district.• Achieved 1st Class Honours in Law and a Bachelor of Arts (Politics and Psychology) degree fromthe Australian National University
