Director of Technical Operations for a national Portable Radiology Provider with four decades of experience in Mobile Radiography.--Responsible for regulatory compliance, state licensing, accreditation of services, quality control and performance improvement. -Oversee State and Federal Compliance inspections of the New England Region.-Responsible for Operational Improvements through management and allocation of assets to meet customer demand.-Maintain knowledge of the current trends and emerging technologies of the Mobile Radiography Industry. -Act as mentor for an exceptional patient centered care through our highly engaged staff.-Supply chain management to support field staff and clients-Aid in oversight and productivity of our technical staff by introducing new procedures and redesign work practices to increase productivity and efficiency while improving revenue and customer satisfaction. -Maintain a rapport with our Radiologists and their support staff and help solve any arising issues.-Development and review of policies and procedures with corporate management.
