Designing a data governance pilot project to demonstrate the value of the Informatica Data Governance products in delivering secure, trusted and exploitable data.

Designed and socialised a data ownership model tailored to the department and subsequently operationalised it within the Learner Data Domain.Led the investigation and analysis to create a high-level consolidated map of the department’s system and data landscape. This map was a foundational element of data governance and an enabler for automated detailed metadata discovery.Operationalised the capability to oversee the response to individual rights requests with a dedicated community of practice and enhanced policy and processes.
