Senior Network Administrator
• Provides first line of technical support for implementation and deployment of CBPP systems.• Monitor incidents and service requests; provides the requested support within established time and accuracy standards.• Monitors and analyzes applicable CVEs, security alerts and other risks affecting CBPP systems to identify security issues for remediation.• Scans for and identifies security vulnerabilities on CBPP systems using tools such as Nessus; takes or recommends corrective actions to remediate vulnerabilities.• Identifies and recommends changes to security configurations to ensure the appropriate level of protection and compliance with the CBPP’s information security strategy.• Monitors and maintains CBPP system user accounts, including adding, modifying permissions, and deleting users or updating supporting documentation.• Familiarity with intelligence analysis tradecraft and standards (e.g., Kill Chain, Diamond Model, Pyramid of Pain, Analysis of Competing Hypotheses),• Supervises and provides direction for technical direct reports regarding network security activities.• Regularly trains junior members of CBPP’s IT team regarding network security • Establishes network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency. • Monitors and manages critical SOC technologies including but not limited to: intrusion detection and protection devices, host-based protection technologies, packet capture and meta data analytic systems, and DLP technologies.• Provide advanced technical support to CBPP 200+ employees; served as IT support for our global remote staff.• Support audio and video technical support to the 10 conference rooms that include video. conferencing software such as Skype For Business, Skype, Zoom and WebEx.
