Ed Spriggs is a co-founder of Logapps LLC and brings over 20 years of experience in Federal Acquisition Strategy, Business Case Analysis, and Cost Estimation. He works with clients, Logapps employees and consultants to provide insight into client issues through extensive research and analysis. Ed maintains strong relationships with customers and partners across the civilian agencies, Department of Defense, and the Federal Judiciary. Prior to founding Logapps, Ed worked as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton and as an analyst at MCR Federal. Ed received a BA in Economics and MBA from the College of William & Mary. He is a Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) through the Society of Logistics Engineers (SOLE).
