I’ve dedicated my Fortune 100 executive career to guiding people, fixing problems, and fostering business environments where both individuals and organizations can excel. My 40-year leadership career at UPS was defined by an ability to innovate within a highly structured and growth-oriented industry—ensuring business success while staying true to organizational values. As Vice President of Corporate Transportation at UPS, I empowered a workforce of 30,000 to seamlessly navigate large-scale transformations, improving network utilization and cross-functional synergies to foster operational and cost efficiency. Further, I drove the establishment of operating facilities in eight new markets and created a Millennial Business Resource Group to attract and retain young talent. Earlier, I led the training department for corporate hubs, establishing leadership frameworks focused on accountability and safety-first cultures. I carried this commitment to talent development into my community as a former member of the University of Denver Transportation Institute Board and Junior Achievement of Chicago Board. Additionally, I earned my MS in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.
