• Provided comprehensive college counseling to low income, first generation students to enroll in top four year colleges and universities. Programs are now mandatory for all partner schools.• Created Hispanic Outreach Initiative through local Catholic churches to increase the number of underrepresented minority students who qualify for and apply to the Scholar Program. Formed focus groups to address myths and implemented lecture based series for young students and parents in local catechism classes.
