Having worked for many years in the Transport Industry as a long-distance HGV Driver. I set up and ran my own Limited Company for 6 years in order to maximise my employment flexibility.In May 2023 I was elected as a Labour City Councillor for Lichfield City Council and became Branch Secretary of the Lichfield City LP. Following the election I have begun working in the office of Dave Robertson MP for Lichfield, Burntwood & the Villages as his Parliamentary Researcher.I have just completed 2 years of study at the University of Birmingham, reading History. I am completing the BA Degree at The Open University, which will enable me to support myself in employment whilst I complete my studies.I also hold several volunteer Trustee roles, including Treasurer at Lichfield Re-Cycle and Group Trustee with the 1st Lichfield Scouts.
