Direct and lead project teams including internal technical resources and external contractors and vendors in achieving objectives for safety, schedule, budget and sanitary design of all process equipment. Support all corporate site maintenance and bakery operations teams in the development and execution of renovation and maintenance projects. Develop engineering scope, cost estimates and planning to enhance existing bakery equipment reliability as measured by downtime, adherence to production standards, and service response times. Directly responsible for all elements of project management from BOD to commissioning and handover and ensures that all project objectives are met on schedule, safely and within budgetary limits.Accomplishments: * Sustainability projects, Utilities, Waste (zero landfill) and labor. * Transplanted pizza dough line from Canada facility to USA with improved efficiencies. ($.75M) Completed with critical 4week time period. * Installed state of the art robotic scoring line for artisan bread. ($1.5M) With ROI of 1.25. Saving in labor, safety and allowed for COVID employee separation. * Supervised plant engineering resources in the execution of reliability improvement activities and provided mentoring and development activities. * Implemented training and proficiency programs to retain and recruit new employees.

Develop and lead all aspects of the Plant Engineering Department for a $350 Million per year, state-of-the art, 200,000 SF SQF inspected milk processing and packing plant (24/7 operation). Organize and manage all Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, Environmental, Safety and Security group work activities (350 employees). Yearly Capital ($25M) and Expense ($8M) budget development and execution. Complete P&L responsibility for all projects and department budgets.

Develop and lead Plant Engineering Department operations for 200,000 SF USDA, AIB inspected chocolate candy processing and packaging plant (550 employees). Develop and direct all Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, Environmental, Safety and Security group work activities.

Manage and lead all Plant and Facility Engineering operations at a 200,000 SF USDA soup production facility (300 employees). Direct the planning, justification, design, construction, start-up and maintenance of all capital and expense projects (+75 projects per year) for a $300 Million per year operation.

Managed all power and refrigeration projects and operations for a national, 24/7 ice cream processing plant that had been in continuous service for 125 years.
