 Charge monthly rents to the tenants accounts, Process deposits which include checks, cash and pre-authorize payments. Process AP invoices to the system on a daily basis. Process AP payments every 2nd week of the month. Responsible for negotiating past due accounts for both AP and AR. Prepare and produce monthly financial statements for the building owners and board of directors. Prepare, review and produce CAM adjustment. Prepare, review, file and remit taxes due. Develop systems to make sure that monthly cycle is accomplished in a timely and accurate manner. Software Implementation (Yardi)

 Daily task include overseeing daily deposits, journal entries and account payables invoices. Monitor and record sales, cost and cost to completion for each project. Report monthly financial to the Head Office which include; Balance Sheets, Budgets, Income Statements, A/R and A/P, Journal Booking, Bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance, and Cost to Complete reports.

 Perform full cycle accounting including production of monthly financials for the Condominium board of members. Monthly financials include; Balance Sheets, Budgets, Income Statements, A/R and A/P, Journal Booking, Bank Reconciliation, Trial Balance, Year end and audit adjustments.

 Handled all activities in accounts payable. Ensured timely payments of vendor invoices.  Produced a monthly expense report for various financial reports to use.  Responsible for negotiating past due accounts.
