Contracted by AT&T Solutions to provide domestic/global project management services for Merrill Lynch LOBs. Executing a project for Merrill Lynch Bank & Trust Co., FSB ("FSB") and the Merrill Lynch Global Banking Group ("GBG") are implementing a core banking deposit system and associated core processing subsystems to support the development and distribution of commercial cash management products and services. Led a project created to bring together details regarding cost/time for a contingency plan to relocate various network servers and optical drives from the Merrill Lynch NYW location to their PA datacenter. Managed an effort in establishing a Video Infrastructure to support a new IP-Based Video Solution which would utilize both conf room and personal video devices to run over the Internet. Began the establishment of a Merrill Lynch presence within a SAVVIS facility in New Jersey to support current/planned business expansion.
