A passionate and pro-active Research & Development Chemist with 11 years of experience within the Automotive Refinish sector. Leading several projects in the area of product development and improvement, in particular Automotive Refinish water borne and solvent borne basecoats. From 2019 - 2022 worked as a Senior Product Developer of wall paints, wood coatings, oils and stains at Rigo Paint Factory. Currently active as a R&D specialist at Uzin Utz Haaksbergen, developing epoxy and PU based self levelling floors.Always looking for ways to improve existing processes and setting up new measurement systems and solving problems by means of Root Cause Analysis.
