I have been working on computers and tech-related projects for over 20 years, starting at the age of 12 by building my own custom computer and then working while attending college troubleshooting issues in the computer lab to the present-day being in the IT field as a computer technician. All and in-between further increasing and polishing my skills to where I am today. I have an associate's degree in Business-arts and have also completed my CompTIA A+ Certification. I also have un-related skills in customer service, inventory management, and item processing/organization. Working from the age of 16 and holding a full-time job while in high school, I have a strong work ethic and I am not afraid to get my hands dirty when need be.
