From 1th of March the Quality department is added to the team. Innovations sensoring left. Stil the team is resposible for keeping the lab running when there are problems, improvements in techniques and methods and LEAN resulting is a more robust lab, which is also a Quality issue.

Project Quality Management at Laboratory BLGG-LUA, Schwerin Germany (sep 2012-march2013).Resulting in continuation of the 17025 Accreditation. Setting up an accreditated method for tetracycline in milk; a method for pesticides in water and melamine in milk with lcmsms.

Lab manager at TNO-BLGG-AgriQ, a Laboratory formed out of a TNO department. AgriQ was a commercial laboratory for the analysis of mainly pesticides in water, fruits and vegetables, with 12 people. Responsible for the management of routine analysis of pesticides in water, soil, fruits and vegetables.

Scientific assessor at the Board for pesticides in the Netherlands (CTB). Full member of CIPAC (Collaborative International Pesticides Analytical Council, http://www.cipac.org/), an international organisation for analytical methods and physical-chemical methods of pesticides. In 2005 organiser of the CIPAC congress in the Nederland. Participant in European discussion about the authorisation of pesticides (ECCO/EPCO/PRAPeR) and biocides in the European Union. From 2008 also chair of the PRAPeR meetings. Project manager of the reorganisation of the (digital) archives of the CTB (2003-2007). In this project the archives of all the CTB were restructured in form and processes, so they are in compliance with the Dutch Archive Law, but more important more transparent and efficient (paper as well as the digital archives). In 2008 I joint the FAO panel for setting specifications for pesticides (JMPS). Member of Work council of the CTB.

Head of department Technical Support at OMEGAM. This department is responsible for the groups: quality control, R&D, LIMS management and laboratory automation. In total there were 9 persons in these groups. In this period I was also member of the Management Team of the laboratory. In R&D methods were developed for the analysis of pesticides and pharmaceuticals in surface water and soil, with SPE and LCMS. Latest research was the analysis of natural toxins (peptide) in surface water.

Head of research & development at OMEGAM (new analytical methods, mainly pesticides) in water and soil). At this department also special analysis, at clients request, are performed, in varies matrices like plastics, paper, vegetables, etc. Several analytical techniques are used: (large-volume-injection) GC-MS, GC-ECD/FID, HPLC-fluorescence/UV(diode array), HPLC-MS, pre- en post-column derivatisation). Validation of the methods is confirm the requirements of the Board for Accreditation. Participant in comities for the development of new Dutch guidelines (NEN).
