Project: Contract Market Modernization (CMM) - move six legacy systems into SAP S4 Hana, harmonize legacy processes for contract customers: large volume, direct purchase, storage & transportation, gas & accounting.•Created and orchestrated an environment provisioning plan to implement 7 SAP servers required for detailed design to begin. Articulated the required changes, timelines, and expectations to stakeholders.•Developed a comprehensive understanding of integration points and dependencies, resulting in a detailed spreadsheet of impacted downstream systems.

Project: CSMS/LSMS (Lantern) - a comprehensive system that managed gas utilities pipeline assets with associated leak and corrosion survey data. Three key geodatabase components: web, mobile and ArcGIS.•Requested during the later SIT phases to overcome problems that prevented the project from achieving the target production go-live date.•Worked with third-party application vendors to diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix problems.•Corrected design flaws in the initial load-balanced ArcGIS production environment, resulting in a stable environment for web and field users.•Created and orchestrated a cutover plan to move the lower project environments to production.•A decommissioned application threatened to lose historical data. To prevent this, an Oracle program was developed, and data was migrated to Lantern DB, where users can access 60 years of data.

Project: AWS - Integrate Legacy Union Gas Station Technician with the Legacy Enbridge Maximo.•Attended workshops with both functional & technical teams to identify impacts on downstream interfaces. Created functional and technical specifications for downstream interfaces.

Project: Mobile Meter Reading, Field Collection System (FCS) - used outdated, end-of-life technology with no enhancement path. Field Technicians were at risk of not guaranteeing functional devices. Introduced both a new backend infrastructure (Itron Field Collection System) and the latest in durable Android field devices.•Led an intensive study with hardware vendors to select a mobile device. Designed and integrated the backend server components to work with the existing multiple-user domain.

Project: Chatbot Enhancement Migration (customer experience) - migrated the existing customer facing chatbot to a more intelligent, industry leading cloud-based virtual assistant solution. •Provided direction on new chatbot technologies through extensive assessments of viable technologies, which resulted in Enbridge choosing Kore.ai as its official AI chatbot solution.•Developed the team to create the new chatbot from the ground up and led data migration efforts to move utterance and intent content from the existing chatbot to the Kore.ai platform, which saved hundreds of manual text-entering hours.

Project: Cost of Gas - harmonized the cost of gas financial systems across Enbridge and Union Gas, providing a comprehensive solution for revenue and gas accounting costs.•Conducted downstream system workshops to prepare cutover tasks for the go-live. Created a master project plan detailing mock conversion, cutover dry runs, and go-live cutover tasks. •Developed an automated Microsoft Project VBA system that notified resources of their tasks. Managed the 24/7 command center, which monitored execution and triaged issues.

Project: CIS Upgrade (S/4 HANA) & Integration with Legacy Union Gas - upgraded the existing Customer Information System to S/4 HANA and integrated the legacy Union Gas customer base of 1.6 million customers, resulting in one standard Customer Information System for Enbridge Gas with over 3M customers. •Developed a comprehensive understanding of integration points and dependencies, resulting in an extensive list of downstream systems impacted. Held a lead role in the 24/7 command center.

Project: Chatbot (customer experience) - the organization's first customer-facing implementation that involved a virtual assistant (cozE) and featured an escalation option to a Live Chat Agent that integrates with SAP. This offered customers an additional self-serve channel and guided experience that reduced live agent call volumes.•Principal support for the Kubernetes architecture and chatbot components, keeping the environment stable and functional for 3½ years.•Solutioned a Proof of Concept that resulted in the creation of technical design documents. This created a small chatbot the HR department used for employee questions.•Contributed to Kubernetes' physical architecture mapping architecture and integrated IBM Watson Assistant, which handled Natural Language Processing (NLP) for advanced analysis.

Project: Mobile Meter Reading - highly manual meter reading process that used outdated technology managed through a manual paper entry process in SAP. •Completed an end-to-end architecture with multiple integration points: SAP IS-U, PI & Cloud (the organization’s first implementation of cloud services), Fusion, Maximo, Click Scheduler, SharePoint, OKTA, Microsoft AD & Intune, and Apple iPads.•Led a third-party vendor team that developed a custom mobile application to read meters.

Project: customer-facing web page designed to enhance the customer experience while potentially decreasing the associated cost to serve. •SAP MCF development for MyAccount admin tools and created framework and developer documentation for all admin tools.
