    Project: Contract Market Modernization (CMM) - move six legacy systems into SAP S4 Hana, harmonize legacy processes for contract customers: large volume, direct purchase, storage & transportation, gas & accounting.•Created and orchestrated an environment provisioning plan to implement 7 SAP servers required for detailed design to begin. Articulated the required changes, timelines, and expectations to stakeholders.•Developed a comprehensive understanding of integration points and dependencies, resulting in a detailed spreadsheet of impacted downstream systems.

    Project: CSMS/LSMS (Lantern) - a comprehensive system that managed gas utilities pipeline assets with associated leak and corrosion survey data. Three key geodatabase components: web, mobile and ArcGIS.•Requested during the later SIT phases to overcome problems that prevented the project from achieving the target production go-live date.•Worked with third-party application vendors to diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix problems.•Corrected design flaws in the initial load-balanced ArcGIS production environment, resulting in a stable environment for web and field users.•Created and orchestrated a cutover plan to move the lower project environments to production.•A decommissioned application threatened to lose historical data. To prevent this, an Oracle program was developed, and data was migrated to Lantern DB, where users can access 60 years of data.
