Support our state and region’s economic development partners through the facilitation of export and import opportunities, and by identifying global business partnerships. With my team, I serve as the spokesperson for International Trade in Kentucky. This includes cultivating and managing relationships with key trading countries (e.g. Canada and Mexico) as well as staying abreast of trade agreements and their impact on Kentucky.

Founding Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, Frazier Museum, Louisville, KY An International History Museum affiliated with the Royal Armouries, United Kingdom.Responsibilities included:• Managed the startup of this $100 million international museum• Negotiation of the Memorandum of Understanding with the Royal Armouries to establish the first UK-based international museum in the United States.• Reduced over $15 million from a $47 million projected renovation budget of a 110-year-old warehouse through architectural re-design and value engineering.• Secured over $41 million for the Museum’s endowment including priceless artifacts from private collections. • Applied for and secured New Market Tax Credits which provided the museum over $3,000,000.00 in debt relief.• Re-negotiated a creative loan package which saved the Museum $300,000 in debt service through an interest rate agreement with our primary lender.
