I built and led the account management team at Aunt Bertha, providing strategic direction and handling account expansion for a portfolio of over 300 customers.● Closed expansion deals totaling over $1.5 million in ARR ● Directed strategy to address social determinants for health plans, health systems, governments and nonprofits.● Developed account treatment process to focus on retention and expansion of existing accounts.

Led software implementations of Enterprise, Revenue Cycle and add-on products. Worked directly with hospital executives to understand their priorities and directed teams of up to 45 Epic specialists to coordinate delivery of products on time and on budget (up to $30 million). Continued engagement with customer executives after the successful conversions to strategically plan resources for new projects, including selling additional Epic products and services; coordinating requests for new development; and liaising with Epic executives to help customers understand future direction of the company. Guided healthcare organization through the industry accrediting body HIMSS’ top level of Electronic Medical Record Adoption model, which recognizes use of technology and analytics to improve patient care. Provided guidance on how to meet various measures in various care areas (ED, Pharmacy, Radiology, Outpatient etc.) and helped organizations develop case studies to demonstrate their advanced use of analytics via Epic and ancillary reporting products. Started as a lifeguard, then promoted to Lead lifeguard and then Head lifeguard. Responsible for scheduling and maintaining a staff of 80 lifeguards, and serving as a liaison between the guards, the upper management and the thousands of patrons.
