Responsibilities;1.Manage the store on a day to day basis whilst balancing strategic goals of the company, running all aspects of the store operations in line with company objectives. The main areas of responsibilities:• Stock Management, to ensure that order and replenishment are done timely and effectively, the store is merchandised according to the best sellers and current trends and the that the stockroom is organized efficiently• Sales management, to use commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales and other activity in the store using the internal tools provided and to manage the budget of hours in the store effectively.• People management: To act as role model for the team, developing them.With solid retail management experience,I have a passion for fashion & homeware and customer service, excellent communication skills and thrive on the challenge of working in a fast paced environment.Follow up and develop the operation of the stores:-Responsible for reaching the sales targets in the stores-Analyze and develop the general processes of the store: customer service, shop floor zoning, replenishment, alteration procedures, stockroom, manpower and task allocation and deliveries-Responsible for following the store organization to determine needs (for schedules' design), and meet productivity targets2.Visual merchandising:-Ensure the proper implementation of company merchandising policy.-Co-work and support visual merchandisers. Teach and work with team to enhance their visual merchandising skills3.Team development:-Responsible for the training and organization of the store management and sales teams.
