•Developing, implementing and standardizing talent&career management processes in global scale including critical talent reviews, succession, development•Acting in a partnership with the Hiring Managers to analyze needs and optimizing recruitment tools to reach the best fit for the relevant position. •Developing recruitment and talent acquisition strategies•Defining skill and expertise- based career profiles and career paths and conducting competency modelling analysis•Provide coaching and and feedback to the Hiring Managers- when needed•Designing the development and career roadmaps for critical skills to strengthen career transitions,•Bringing new approach for talent, career management and succession planning processes,•Determining the need for both Development and Assessment Center Applications for internal candidates for Headquarters and conducting implementations such as case study, role play, competency-based interviews for all levels of positions•Conducting projects to identify / design and implement efficiently Behavioral Assessment methods and tools that will ensure the selection of the right person•Create or update HR procedures in line with the company HR strategies•Providing insights on the transformation of the recruitment tools especially in AI based decision systems•Making one to one career coaching meetings for individuals or organizing group meetings/presentations for specific positions in order to introduce career paths and encourage/inspire employees for their career growth•Acting as an internal trainer for related processes

Recruiting in full office personnel for all levels. •Planning Headquarter Human Resources personnel selection and placement, employee career management activities, •Managing candidate research through both local and international career portals, social media and the related databases; using direct head hunt methods and getting support from recruitment agencies if necessary, •Implementing individual/group Assessment Center projects (case study, role play, competency-based interview etc.), preparing assessment reports and giving feedback to the appropriate candidate
