I am a BCBA with rich experience in supervising one-on-one ABA service in home and center setting. I also possess experience in working with various age groups, from toddler to adults. I am responsible to develop individualized programs and monitor behavioral data for every client. I maintain detailed progress report during each of my supervision sessions, and answer questions that my supervisees have as well as providing feedbacks. Additionally, I implement various assessments to evaluate each client's skill level periodically, such as ESDM, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, EFL, etc., and make changes to treatment plan accordingly.Moreover, I maintain close contact with all parents and guardians of my clients to keep them updated with clients's progress. I also conduct regular parent training to ensure that clients's skills can be generalized outside of ABA sessions.
