As an international marketer who has managed matrix organizations in multinational companies, she constantly develops her leadership skills. Last year, she acquired a professional coach credential from the International Coaching Federation and actively consults clients. In the past, she has helped consumer packaged goods companies to design integrated marketing campaigns that carried them to leadership positions in their sectors.
