Wellsite Drilling Logistics Engineer
Current▪ Collaborate closely with the drilling team to strategize and execute the drilling campaign for the project.▪ Analyze received drilling, and completions programs for each well, determining the necessary equipment, tools, and materials needed in alignment with drilling plans.▪ Initiate and manage the equipment and Material Requisition (MIR) process, encompassing drilling and completion programs for each well segment.▪ Thoroughly evaluate equipment and consumables roster for drilling operations, conducting meticulous supply chain analyses.▪ Monitors drilling operations closely, ensuring timely on-site delivery of drilling materials to prevent operational disruptions.▪ Coordinate the replenishment and distribution of CNG tube skids to affiliated rigs, bases, and offices.▪ Managed transportation requisites and coordinated personnel movement for streamlined operations.▪ Ensures proper storage of company-owned drilling equipment and managed timely replenishment through procurement or fabrication.▪ Daily liaison with the Rig Chief Security Officers (CSOs) and management on Logistics operations ensuring activities are executed in line with approved SOPs.▪ Supervise the inspection of casings, tubing, pup joints, and crossovers by skilled NDT technicians, promptly reporting outcomes to management.▪ Facilitate compatibility tests on materials, validating their alignment with well programs, assist in assembling casing shoe tracks, preparation, and installation of thewellhead, buckling tubing hanger, casing hanger slip integration, and other pertinent activities.▪ Assist the Drilling Engineer in tasks such as casing/tubing racking, measurement, and tally preparation, adhering to casing/tubing RIH procedures.▪ Assist the Drilling Engineer in preparation of drill bits, nozzles, and dull graded bits tailored to each hole section's requirements.▪ Contribute to compilation of bit inventories, bit performance records, and comprehensive end-of-well reports.
