• Maintained a suite of on-prem .NET 4.5 Windows services and desktop applications and ASP.NET 4.5 IIS web applications and services written in C# utilizing a SQL Server database.• Participated in the implementation of cloud-native (AWS) applications utilizing AngularJS + Bootstrap front ends, C# ASP.NET RESTful APIs, and backend C# .NET microservice consuming from RabbitMQ message queues.• Promoted the expanded use of message-passing microservices as the core of the back end. Initiated the transition to containerized .NET Core services.• Performed the initial R&D for the first and many of the subsequent 3rd-party SaaS product integrations utilizing RESTful APIs secured with OAuth. Coded product-specific POC/prototype microservices in C#, which were then put into the backlog to be completed and deployed.• Collaborated with the mobile application developers to implement iOS and Android push-notifications via AWS SNS through the creation of a notification microservice consuming messages from RabbitMQ queues.• Experienced the evolution from a very small staff with little or no formalized software development methodology to a large multi-team Scrum environment. I oversee all aspects of technical services provided by The Allen Technology Group including sales support, system design, hardware configuration and deployment, project management, database design, system administration, software development, and technical support.The Allen Technology Group is a provider of custom software and systems integration for the operations side of medium and large manufacturing and logistics enterprises.Some of the large-enterprise-level software solutions I have designed and developed or managed the development of are:• Warehouse Automation System that handles receiving, QC, put-away, let-down, picking, packing, shipping, returns, least-cost carrier selection, most efficient packing method, TL/LTL and all package carrier integration, employee attendance & labor tracking, drop-shipping, anti-diversion tracking, and 3rd-party fulfillment.• Shop Floor Control System that handles: raw & finished goods inventory, QC, work center loading/unloading, rework, receiving, BOM, shop routers, list of operations/materials maintenance, scrap, employee attendance & labor tracking, shop calendar, integration with ADP and other payroll systems, indirect and burden labor, and shipping.• Aircraft Maintenance System that handles the tracking of time and materials on heavy maintenance checks of large aircraft including direct and indirect labor, tool inventory control, hangar and back-shop operations, customer part tracking, purchasing & receiving, billing, payroll processor integration, and employee attendance tracking.• Asset Tracking System that handles asset receiving, labeling, movement, preventative maintenance, repair, calibration, issues/returns, and labor.
