I utilized my strong background in lab operations and computer networking in both network design and implementation. This allowed me to project lead in the creation of a number of midsize computer labs for the development of the IVR product. In addition, I developed a system level test suite that is used to verify the basic operation of an IVR system (MPS500/MPS1000).
