Throughout my career, I have led teams and businesses across various industries and have seen firsthand the influence, good or bad, that leadership has on the entire organization. As an executive, I am passionate about developing teams and creating meaningful growth through strategic planning, relationship management, and putting a vision into action. As a leader, I knew that being stuck in the weeds was not the only option; joining Vistage allowed me to receive outside feedback and discuss the most significant issues facing my organization in a confidential setting. I have experienced firsthand the transformation that happens within a CEO peer advisory group and having a sounding board of CEOs in similar positions is invaluable. As President of Dame Leadership, I help CEOs and executives become better leaders through one-to-one coaching, peer advisory, leadership development programs, assessments, and support. The executives I work with are authentic leaders who value integrity, embrace change, and are eager to learn. Developing leaders and watching them grow is my passion. In addition to my work at Dame Leadership, I enjoy spending time with my four kids, music, running, and reading.
