Tools utilized include WordPress, Yoast SEO, Chatfuel, Botcake, Sendgrid, Zoho Campaign.- Analyzing data from platform landing pages, advertising platforms, and CRM systems to optimize sales conversion rates. Tools used include Google Analytics, ZOHO CRM, Google Optimize, and Google Tag.- Developing in-house marketing automation capabilities to streamline processes.- Proactively identifying growth opportunities and formulating innovative strategies to drive further expansion.- Optimizing target audiences, segmentation, and budget allocation across various channels to achieve cost-effective user acquisition.- Creating and editing videos, graphics, and landing pages for advertising purposes using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Filmora, Final Cut Pro, and Elementor.

- Spearheading the optimization efforts across all digital platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok) for IELTS and Student Placement (Study Abroad), taking on the responsibility of enhancing online presence.- Employing data analysis techniques to make informed decisions and drive continuous optimization initiatives. (Google Studio)- Crafting comprehensive proposals and reports for clients, particularly schools, to communicate performance metrics and proposed enhancements.- Collaborating closely with consultants to fine-tune lead flow dynamics and elevate the Hot/Warm Conversion Rate.- Innovatively developing and implementing a chatbot and marketing automation tool to strategically maximize lead generation for the IELTS and Student Placement Fanpage.

Proficiently using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Filmora, Final Cut Pro, Ladipage, and Elementor.- Implementing targeted optimization strategies, including refining audience targeting, segmentation, and budget allocation across various channels to ensure cost-effective user engagement.- Conducting comprehensive data analysis across platform landing pages, advertising platforms, and CRM systems to fine-tune and optimize sales conversion rates.
