•Supported and/or lead full-cycle recruitment activities for hourly production positions including coordinating and managing any temporary workforce and third-party staffing vendors.•Managed the off-boarding process to include conducting exit interviews for hourly and some salaried employees, preparing separation documents, and executing required termination actions.•Assisted with employee engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction leading to higher productivity and retention.•Maintained employee data in various HR systems such as Kronos, ADP, and Workday with a high level of accuracy and integrity to include personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and employee statistics for government and internal reporting.•Served as the back-up for payroll, which included submitting to Corporate Payroll for processing, monitoring and executing time & attendance disciplines, and finalizing reports for Finance.•Administered and managed all aspects of employee leaves of absences relative to FMLA, ADA, worker’s compensation, etc.•Lead Open Enrollment and wellness program activities including related communication sessions and advising employees regarding eligibility and coverage for health and benefit programs.•Assisted with HR compliance efforts to meet corporate policy as well as state and federal regulations. This also included contributing to data submission and actions related to Formsprag’s Affirmative Action Plan and supporting ITAR and safety compliance for both visitors and employees.•Actively supported Formsprag’s Safety initiatives.•Generated related HR reports and ensured timely updates of data for Corporate, Division and local Core Value Driver (CVD’s) metrics to include but not limited to Safety, Turnover, Engagement, headcount, etc. Collaborated with HR Manager on analyzing results and identifying improvement opportunities and actions.•Managed internal communication initiatives
