A sales team of 50 people, under which I managed 4 different teams, was successfully managed by me. Regional sales management responsibility was undertaken in Marmara, Istanbul Anatolia, Thrace, Black Sea and Eastern Regions, and successful processes were carried out with the branches and regions of our business partner QNB Insurance.• Responsible for the sales activities of pension and insurance consultants; Determining the training needs of branches and consultants.• Daily, weekly and monthly performance and quality monitoring and regular customer visits.• Product and sales to the personnel. Providing training on techniques and operational functioning, field, new starters, on-the-job and orientation training.• Managing recruitment, promotion and performance processes.

During this period, when I worked as a Portfolio Specialist at Groupama Pension, I was responsible for creating portfolio strategies to ensure effective management of customers' retirement funds. Additionally, I made decisions to increase portfolio performance by analyzing financial markets and investment instruments. I contributed to the company by working in areas such as risk management, customer relations, performance analysis and legal compliance. I contributed to the management of target and performance processes in the life and pension branches of nearly 40 agencies in the Marmara Region for 2 years.
