This is a secondment role, utilising my strengths and experience with social media based customer services, expanding my personal development within the business, and diversifying my knowledge with a new industry. The role involves managing customer interactions with the company social media accounts to ensure a positive customer journey and brand image through individual interactions and teamwork.

Handling customer service complaints and queries through the Resolver platform, gaining experience in handling advanced cases through the CDRL Alternative Dispute Resolution Service and continuing to support with escalated cases through the Executive Resolution Team.

Primarily managing customer interactions with the company Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Trustpilot accounts, with a focus on case management to ensure a positive and co-ordinated customer journey through individual interaction, teamwork and co-ordination with other departments and areas of the business.also asked and trusted to support within other departments including handling escalated and executive level issues on a regular basis.in addition to the above, in a support and 'point of contact' role to assist and support new and existing colleagues utilising my experience to provide support and lead a team on a day to day basis; including reporting on daily statistics and providing analysis to senior management.

Handling Social Media accounts and coordinating Social Media campaigns, including but not limited to Twitter, Linkedin & Facebook. Additionally I interfaced with a range of clients on a regular basis to facilitate and manage phishing simulation campaigns.

Handling Twitter/Hootsuite, Microsoft office Word, Excel, Publisher and Outlook, and various other office duties as well as interfacing with customers.
