Launched in 2013, The Hive quickly grew to become one of the biggest Minecraft server networks in the world. As of 2017, The Hive is now an Official Minecraft Partner working directly with Minecraft and Microsoft to offer partnered server services; currently boasting over 10 million monthly active users.

Content manager and creator for a gaming based YouTube channel with over 230,000 subscribers and over 36 million views across the videos, creating content based mainly around the game Minecraft, most notably creating 3 gaming parody videos with over 23 million views on them collectively as well as been listed on iTunes, Spotify and other popular music marketplaces.

· Assist clients who have purchased front of house and back of house software for leisure clubs.· Consult with Senior Project Managers and clients to define each project and client needs.· Meet with clients; manage client expectations, set time lines, and answer any client questions.· Configure systems, order and install hardware, and provide software training to client staff members.· Perform data migrations and provide hardware and other quotations for clients as needed.· Oversee final launch of all hardware and software at client location.· Maintain complete and accurate project documentation for each client.· Provide outstanding customer service to ensure client loyalty, satisfaction, and repeat business.

My main role at Tweevo was project management and led front-end development, working closely with both Matt and the clients to ensure websites are completed on time and to the high quality expected. Also dealing with the day to day management of SEO and Adwords campaigns, helping businesses create a powerful online presence.

As integral part of the innovative Windows Guru launch in the UK. Predominantly my role was to educate consumers and retailers on the full versatility of the Windows platform and associated software.
