Community Manager
Current• Manage the daily operations of a large, gated custom home community in the Tucson foothills.• Provide oversight of common area maintenance (private roads, gate systems, lift stations, etc.), including obtaining proposals and negotiating contracts.• Provide daily oversight and supervision of full-time and part-time gate staff, and recruit and train new gate staff as needed.• Draft and manage budgets for the operating account and maintenance reserve account, including preparation of monthly variance report.• Maintain close working relationship with the Board of Directors and multiple committees on all aspects of governing the community.• Facilitate the architectural review process for new and existing custom homes. • Track violations of governing documents and implement corrective measures with the Association members.• Handle special projects as instructed by Board of Directors.
