Linux System Administration with emphasis on DevOps.

• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via email, phone and chat• Assist in sysadmin related tasks when needed• Build rapport and elicit problem details from non-technical or technical customers• Provide timely, efficient and pleasant follow up to user questions or issues• Document all incidents in tracking system (RT-Request Tracker)• Manage incidents to closure• Interact effectively with customers and internal developers• Escalate issues as needed• Rotate On-Call duty with other staff members• Deploy software for test and production use• Assist in testing new software functionality prior to release• Assist in generating training materials and customer facing documentation

* Keep clients happy at all times.* Create, Move and upgrade client accounts(websites) between servers, usually WHM/cPanel, ISPManager and LAMP servers.* Reset passwords.* Test client accounts periodically for performance and security.* Answer support calls.* Help train clients on using their website / email.* Add to FAQs / support knowledge base .* Debug PHP/JS/WP sites and related issues.* Assist clients for suggested upgrades or support feedback.* Perform incoming and outgoing domain name transfers for clients.* Do email setup and debugging for clients.* Setup, debug and correct DNS issues.* Provision Linux servers, perform maintenance and root administration functions.* Help keep our client records and internal systems up to date.* 99% availability and reliability during work hours.

Maintains the network infrastructure of the college.
