Assisting a network of 97 branches within Australia, some of the projects led during this assignment included:- Development of design and service manuals.- Project Management for national customers requiring fleet of similar model earth moving and material handling to achieve consistency in systems across a number of locations in Australia.- Design and delivery of online training material and 3-day practical course to mobile service technicians, including design, installation, commissioning and service of systems.- Development of Bill of Materials and as built drawings to guarantee consistency for large fleet fit ups.The re-development of the Vehicle Fire Suppression service range, showed a 300% improvement in revenue for the business within 24 months after implementation. Planning and execution of Predictive Maintenance programs on the Mechanical Department in Boscan Field, related to rotating equipment such as Reciprocate, Centrifugal and Screw Pumps, Gas Engines, Electrical Motors, Screw and Sliding Vane Compressors, Fans and Gear Boxes as well. Duties:• Predictive Maintenance execution includes monthly measurement routes on crude oil flow stations and dehydrating plants, vibration analysis, belt and shaft laser alignments, rotating equipment inspections using a stroboscope lamp. • Development of technical papers with findings on vibration routes, trending and Root Cause analysis, and frequent presentations to the Maintenance Management• Timesheet Reporting.
