This includes all public utilities, lighting, landscaping, home exterior and roof maintenance and repairs, and controlled gate operations and maintenance.• Established successful relationships with county and state government agencies coordinating project approval. These include Southern Nevada Health District aquatic facilities inspections and pool Certifications for staff members. Coordinated with the City of Henderson and Clark county license and certification for community center operations.

•Directed the Blue Ridge School Facilities, Information Systems and Security Departments for a 600 acre private boarding school housing up to 200 students and 50 staff residents. Managed the repair, maintenance, upgrade and new construction of all campus administrative and dining complexes, campus housing for students and staff, and campus sports facilities including buildings and playing fields.•Planned, negotiated, and directed the construction of a $2.8 million Baron Athletic Complex sporting field upgrade project.•Implemented and designed FY12-FY17 Blue Ridge School’s facility upgrades including construction of two new campus housing structures, renovation of administrative buildings, renovation of over 20 faculty residences, sports facilities upgrades, and repairs and maintenance of the school’s degraded cooling and heating systems.
