This includes common area landscaping, sports and fitness facilities, aquatic facilities, HVAC systems, fire control systems, entertainment venues, kitchen facilities, and billing and payments of all Solera facilities support billing requirements.• Led a team of six facilities professionals including one facilities supervisor and 5 facilities maintenance personnel.• Facilitated the implementation of preventative maintenance, safety, and project scheduling programs previously unavailable to Solera at Anthem. Quality preventative maintenance programs were previous unavailable for HVAC system, aquatic facilities, Fire control systems, and fitness center equipment. These include entire interior renovations of both Community Center buildings, replacement of the communities parking lot, replacement of four tennis courts, painting and repairs of over 2.3 miles of community fence and walls, installation of automatic doors throughout the center, landscaping improvements, and upgrades of the centers fire control sprinkler system.• Directed facility maintenance operations at Solera at Anthem’s Villa’s condominium community. This includes all public utilities, lighting, landscaping, home exterior and roof maintenance and repairs, and controlled gate operations and maintenance.• Established successful relationships with county and state government agencies coordinating project approval. These include Southern Nevada Health District aquatic facilities inspections and pool Certifications for staff members. Coordinated with the City of Henderson and Clark county license and certification for community center operations.

•Directed the Blue Ridge School Facilities, Information Systems and Security Departments for a 600 acre private boarding school housing up to 200 students and 50 staff residents. Managed the repair, maintenance, upgrade and new construction of all campus administrative and dining complexes, campus housing for students and staff, and campus sports facilities including buildings and playing fields.•Planned, negotiated, and directed the construction of a $2.8 million Baron Athletic Complex sporting field upgrade project.•Implemented and designed FY12-FY17 Blue Ridge School’s facility upgrades including construction of two new campus housing structures, renovation of administrative buildings, renovation of over 20 faculty residences, sports facilities upgrades, and repairs and maintenance of the school’s degraded cooling and heating systems.
