Used test-driven development to ensure adequate code coverage. Lead designer and developer for a product inventory platform used to power various adidas websites. Configured aspect-oriented logging, and replaced existing JDBC code with iBATIS ORM and code generator. Project built using SQL Server 2005, Spring Web Services, XMLBeans, Dozer bean mapper, and exposed via a SOAP API.Served as career manager for two senior-level engineers.
