Oversaw US $200M+ budget and capital projects ~$50M to 4.5msf, headquarters, R&D campuses, support, critical facilities and sales offices. Led 20 employees and 200-person vendor team. Multiple campuses, offices and various capital projects, for business and critical infrastructure portfolio. Charged with facilities and workplace management, internal customer support and stakeholder management. Aligned contracts, managing suppliers and vendors, overhauled customer facing systems, and introduced common technology platforms.Directed new campus and consolidation projects in Canada, Mexico and the US, improving productivity, enabling innovative technology and significant increase in spatial efficiency. Achieved double digit reductions in facility contract costs and subsequently renegotiated to achieve further savings, after overhauling and renegotiating contract extension for facility management operations based framework.Pioneered introduction of smart building technologies into a global portfolio and supported international Internet of Things (IoT) and “in building wireless” sales efforts. Slashed facility operations costs and energy costs, while simultaneously increasing stakeholder and customer satisfaction and reducing reactive building work orders.

Overhauled Courseware Support logistics and delivery. Achieved cost reductions, cycle time reduction and eliminated backlog in training system development for 3,500 courses and derivatives. Eliminated learning center print inventories and guaranteed up-to-date materials with transition to “just-in-time” digital print technology.

Provided consulting services, cloud-based operations dashboard software, including to FlightSafety International. Performed Beta of web-based performance dashboard software.

Promoted to support fast growing business and integration of three financial service acquisitions real estate portfolios. Led corporate real estate for auto finance and local banking and mortgage operations. Oversaw strategic relocation of auto call-centers into lower cost labor markets with extended team of consultants and contractors. while delivering disposition of redundant offices.

Oversaw outsourcing and performance improvement of soft shared services. Achieved major annual reduction in print, mail and shipping costs and reversed food subsidy through print on demand, new technologies and strategic sourcing.Achieved workforce productivity improvements and annual per person savings in real estate costs with change management and service support for alternative workplaces.

Oversaw outsourced team of consultants, engineers on projects for fast-track call centers projects in UK and France to support high growth business and acquisition of new London based, European HQ. Employed business-focused European capacity planning & portfolio strategy model, reducing European market entry risk and supporting rapid associate recruitment.

Led $200M+ complex, fast-track construction projects, including the Barbican Theater refurbishment, and exhibits for the UK Millennium Dome with international architects and teams. Employed early use of building information modeling and clash detection, first-use of advanced surveying technologies outside of the defense industry, experimental use of 3-D printing, advanced lenticular finishes, and application of light-weight aviation structures.
