- Product Manager for Simplifying Grant Forms and Burden Reduction to reduce over 100 grant application forms by distilling forms to core data elements. OKRs and KPIs are defined in time and burden cost reduction to applicants.- Part of the USDS Grants Discovery team to map the grants management journey by applicants, awardees, and federal staff at the request of the White House Domestic Policy Council. Conducted user interviews with various stakeholders, including states, territories, localities, tribes, non-profit organizations, universities, and agencies.- Product Manager for Performance.gov CX effort “Recovering from a Disaster – Streamlining Disaster Assistance Processes” under the National Security Council and in partnership with FEMA and SBA. Engaged with political appointees, SES, and OMB while managing tasks of the internal delivery team. Delivered quarterly reports and presentations supported by OKRs and KPIs. - Conducted site visits to FEMA disaster recovery centers to engage with survivors, understand challenges with the application for financial assistance, and observe center operations. - As product owner at CDC, led team efforts to modernize legacy National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NBS) with agile scrum teams of designers, engineers, contractors, and federal staff. - Served as NBS customer relationship manager to stakeholders (including epidemiologists and health administrators) from states, territories, localities, and tribes to solicit feedback on modernized systems. - Collaborated with stakeholders on product strategy and roadmap supported by OKR and KPI, including user burden reduction to conduct reporting to CDC and end-user cost reductions.- Directed effort for NBS Authority to Operate (ATO) in collaboration with CDC OCIO, CISO, and Privacy Office, leading to product certification.
