CurrentI am passionate about teaching. But life took me in a different direction after college when as an Army Captain I earned my leadership skills as a combat infantry advisor.I spent the middle portion of my career in large US Corporations, most notably Sun Microsystems. I joined Sun when they were just 2 1/2 years young and spent the next ten years with them, all the way to $5B. I learned to change the wheels on a moving train at Sun, a valuable skill for any entrepreneur.I left Sun to have a more direct impact on people's lives by running a small business. I did that twice. One $10M and one $30M company. For me, being an entrepreneur is not a theory. I have experienced both the challenges and rewards that come with the privilege of being the final decision maker.I became an EOS® Implementer 15 years ago. In addition to the more than 70 small businesses of all stripes and sizes whom I have helped implement EOS, I was a member of the EOS® Worldwide leadership team for 2 1/2 years where I served as the first Head Coach and Mentor to more than 90 other EOS® Professional Implementers.I am very fortunate. My life has come full circle. I am a teacher! I love this work. I am genetically encoded to do this work. It is my unique ability. It is all I am ever going to do, until I stop doing anything.
