 OVERVIEW: I am a Quality Consultant with a primary focus on leading significant quality improvement projects in product design and manufacturing organizations. My role involves leading or supporting client quality projects needed to improve customer, internal (scrap, rework) or supplier quality issues. This work can take place at the client location, customer location or supplier location. MY IMPROVEMENT PROCESS: I apply proven Quality Engineering and Six Sigma processes (DMAIC) and tools to analyze quality issues; apply team based subject matter expertise… and test for and validate root causes… and determine and validate improvement actions. WHY DO I ENJOY THIS WORK: I love when a small team comes together and focuses on the data and the process and find and prove the root cause of a complex or chronic issue and develop a solid and sustained fix…resulting in significantly improved customer satisfaction or significant cost savings.  MY QUALIFICATIONS: I have over 30 years of quality engineering, Six Sigma and quality management experience and I am a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. I have either personally led projects or directed projects leading to over $50M in improvements (see project examples).
