Lithient is a Mobile Ad Tracking and ROI Analytics platform which enables advertisers to measure the ROI of their mobile app campaigns. Lithient is a wholly owned subsidiary of Somo and was nominated as "Most Effective Advertising Technology Platform" at the Effective Mobile Marketing Awards 2014. Responsible for:- creation and continued leadership of global business unit- business planning- product strategy and feature roadmap- marketing and sales strategy- day to day operations

- Development of Somo's global AdTech strategy- Day to day management of data science and development teams- Product strategy, roadmap and feature design of Somo's in house technology tools- Continued support to the NYC team

- Set up and scaled the New York office- Responsible for all new business in the East Coast region selling across Somo's media and custom development services- Rolled out media operational processes across NA, EU and Singapore- Built out Data Science capabilities and created a suite of in house technology tools for media planning and buying- Continued to build out the global mobile media proposition

- Continued to grow and build Somo's media offering and revenue- Lead media strategy on new business pitches- Launched office in San Francisco and headed up global client service team- Evolved media proposition into an global offering running campaigns in over 30 markets- Built out internal technology to drive efficiency gains and create competitive advantage- Continued to pioneer in the evolving mobile tracking and analytics space- Recruited and managed direct reports of over 40 (increased from 4 when I first joined Somo)- Regular contributor to press releases including presenting Mobile Media best practice at the IAB frequently

- Senior relationship holder for all Somo's mobile media client base- Account planning and strategy across all mobile media accounts- Pioneered mobile media management globally, defining best practice in App Ranking campaigns- Developed the worlds first mobile app tracking technology- Recruitment and development of media delivery team- Worked closely with sales team to grow client revenue from 5 figure monthly billings to over 7 figures- I was employee number 8 in the company

The Search Works was acquired by Tradedoubler in 2007 and The Search Works brand was eventually retired. I continued my previous responsibilities as an Account Director under the new TD Search brand.
