• Performing laser alignment on 850kw prime mover electric motor to fan impeller assembly.
• Performing oxy-acetylene thermal heating and cutting.

• Generating(autocad), reading and interpretation of blue prints
• Machining machine components as per blueprint to satisfy customer’s needs. Components includes hydraulic cylinders, piston rods, pito jaws, shafts for Sandvik TMM machines.
• Assembling hydraulic actuators mainly hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
• Performing taper turning, eccentric turning, facing, screw cutting, drilling, knurling and other lathe operations.
• Training junior machinist on manual lathe machines and also ensuring compliance to safety standards

Kwekwe, Zimbabwe

• Installations of the bakery equipment/(plant installations)
• Responsible of proper running and maintenance of the bakery equipment which includes dough mixers, dividers, rounders’, mini proofer, slates conveyors and flat belt conveyors, molders, main proofer, oven and de-panning.
• Achieved to come up with a maintenance schedule to achieve maximum plant availability and minimize costly breakdowns.
• Performing root cause analysis as a way of fault finding and trouble shooting on equipment.
• Maintenance of G&H coal fired boilers, from stockers, valves, pumps, and monitoring the boiler safety devices.
• Maintenance on water recirculation systems, agitation systems and also working at heights safely
