Rightpoint is an experience design firm, offering its clients unique ways to solve problems for their customers and employees by putting people first and designing around their needs. Synodex was created to digitize healthcare information from paper and PDF forms into ICD and SNO code data that would be usable for analytics. I joined at the startup stage as one of the first employees.As VP of Technology, I architected and built a new HIPAA-compliant healthcare application to capture and codify target healthcare data. The application was built in a new private cloud prior to HIPAA-compliance being a commonplace feature in SaaS environments.• Led end-to-end product development of a data extraction program and recovery system; designed system, determined hardware/software and created project and user workflows; oversaw product launch, maintenance and upgrade development.• Oversaw enterprise technology strategy, infrastructure, development processes and client, vendor and staff management, reporting to parent company CEO.• Defined and established processes for all development environments; hired and managed 10-person global development team in the US and India; created systems for knowledge management and tracking/fixing bugs.• Managed client infrastructure integrations and technical implementations, served as technology expert for sales pitches and responded to security questionnaires and RFQs.

iSoftStone supported its clients product delivery and implementation efforts with consulting services in project management, business analysis, and strategy to break down the silos between business and technology teams.At iSoftStone, I led product teams in financial services and insurance to deliver customer-facing product features. I interacted with Executive Directors to align product teams and shepherd the product from feature definition to build to release. As a services company brought in to deliver with client teams, being able to break down silos and see problems from team perspectives were key factors in product delivery success.• Oversaw enterprise infrastructure, security and vendors, and led client application development for a project management and analytics consulting firm for financial services firms. • Created project plans, budgets and timelines; managed project development through integration; met delivery requirements and release schedules.• Led rapid requirements process for client engagements to determine business needs, technology alignment, obtain stakeholder consensus and create workflow for product applications.• Founded the Technology Advisors Group to provide technical subject matter expertise to sales teams during new client presentations.

As the leader of the program management team, I built a strong communications skillset, advising and collaborating with CxO executives and teams.• Led program management team that engineered delivery of flagship insurance claims processing product at a start-up healthcare technology firm.

ATG provided a platform for eCommerce including personalization and scenario-driven campaigns.As a Program Manager at ATG, the lead Product Owner partnered with me to implement the features and functionality for the ATG Commerce stack. This role focused on transitioning features into build for hundreds of millions in product sales results. As the internal face of the product, I owned responsibility for not just product release timeliness and metrics but also creating a team that works well together to deliver the product release.• Oversaw full product development lifecycle of a server/software product that generated $300+ million in revenue within 1 year after launch for an eCommerce software/application development company.
