I am a Finance Systems and Digital Architect with over 20 years experience as both an industry practitioner and consultant. I focus on defining Finance Systems strategies and end-to-end architecture to meet overarching business requirements, outcomes and vision. My approach and solutions leverage maximising existing investments, buy-vs-build, micro platforms and the latest digital offerings and solutions to fill whitespaces in most solution architectures. The majority of my experience has been with FTSE100 Banks, Insurers and Asset Managers where I've gained a keen ability to effectively manage and work with globally distributed and matrixed teams and businesses. Having lived and worked across the Americas, UK, Europe, Asia and Australia, I bring a uniquely global and cultural awareness to my approach. Ed is the Digital Solutions Leader within Genpact’s CFO Advisory practice. He leads discussions on Digital Transformation and Intelligent Automation (RPA, NLP, NLG, ML) in Finance for Financial Services clients. It also included roadmap options for Oracle Release 11 to Release 12 and/or Oracle Fusion Applications- Business Change Manager for a global implementation of HFM for a major UK Bank- Core Application Architect on one the largest Finance, Risk and Treasury transformation and integration projects globally for a major UK bank responsible for aggregating and creation of end-state application architecture. The project is focused on implementing a wall-to-wall Oracle application end-state utilising the following products: OFSAA, FAH, EBS, FDQM, Hyperion, OBIEE, HFM, HYP, etc. - Vendor selection lead for a Group and Divisional consolidation and reporting solution for a major UK bank- Review of an Oracle implementation to identify and maximise value of investment
