Ed is the Digital Solutions lead within Genpact's CFO Advisory practice. He focuses on advising, shaping and architecting Finance Transformation programmes, in particular where Digital is a key component, to successfully meet desired business outcomes and vision.

Part of Ernst and Young's EMEIA Financial Services, Performance Improvement, IT Advisory, Finance Systems team. My focus is on technology-enabled finance transformations and Oracle Applications for Finance. Engagements to date include:- Cost Allocation methodology and Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM) SME for the requirements phase of a cost allocation programme for a global insurer- Engagement manager covering lead solution design and onshore delivery manager for a cost allocation solution for a major UK Bank based on Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management (HPCM)- Application Architect for a current state assessment, visioning and technology roadmap phase for a global insurer, covering subledger, general ledger, chart of accounts, consolidation, planning and reporting BI solution/strategy. It also included roadmap options for Oracle Release 11 to Release 12 and/or Oracle Fusion Applications- Business Change Manager for a global implementation of HFM for a major UK Bank- Core Application Architect on one the largest Finance, Risk and Treasury transformation and integration projects globally for a major UK bank responsible for aggregating and creation of end-state application architecture. The project is focused on implementing a wall-to-wall Oracle application end-state utilising the following products: OFSAA, FAH, EBS, FDQM, Hyperion, OBIEE, HFM, HYP, etc. - Vendor selection lead for a Group and Divisional consolidation and reporting solution for a major UK bank- Review of an Oracle implementation to identify and maximise value of investment

Responsible for managing team providing Run-The-Bank and Change-The-Bank functions for Schroder's global finance systems, which included:- Oracle Financials- Oracle HR- Hyperion Financial Management- Hyperion Profitability and Cost Management- Advantage Fee Billing- Blackline
